While Darke County is home to acres of corn fields and silos, it is also the home of great historical events and people (Treaty of Greeneville and Annie Oakley, to name a few).
Main Street Greenville would like to add an event that will go down in history as being the first dark dining in the area!  Yes, we have lots of farmers, but they have to have fun too!

This is an event that people in this conservative county will hopefully embrace and have fun with. Besides, no one can see you while you spill red sauce all over your white blouse!  I am hoping people will dress appropriate however.

I believe this experience started over in Europe with blind waiters.  When it  came over to the United States it evolved as a whole experience of conversation, music and relaxation.  I don't know how relaxing the first ten minutes will be, but hopefully by the second drink people will start to loosen up.

Well this is just a sample of conversation to get Darke County interested in experiencing "0utside of the box" dining. I am sure to have more posts from the thinker behind such the darke experience. Stay tuned.
