FRIDAY, MAY 4
Greenville Public Library Tour (5-6pm) Half hour guided tours of the Greenville Public Library Showcasing stories and artifacts from the past.
Main Street Greenville First Fridays (6-9pm) Downtown is open late on “first” Fridays. Stores extend their hours & offer special promotions.
Upper Floor Building Tour (6-9pm) Get your ticket to this amazing tour highlighting four upper floors in the downtown district plus two bonus locations. Tickets are available at Granny’s Corner & Bread of Life or by contacting Main Street Greenville at 937.548.4998.
Memorial Hall Centennial DCCA will present an Evening of Legacy beginning at 8:00 p.m. at St. Clair Memorial Hall. Henry and Ella St. Clair (portrayed by John and Karen Burkett) host local musical artists performing selections from Memorial Hall’s dedication in 1912. Tickets available at the door for $5.00. A tour of the Memorial Hall building is offered to the public from 5:00-7:00 p.m. by the Fort GreeneVille Daughters of the American Revolution.
SATURDAY, MAY 5
Bear’s Mill Spring Open House (11am-5pm)Shop the Mill Store & Gallery decked out in Springtime splendor. Continues Sunday, May 6 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Photographer John Bower’s “Capturing the Soul of Our Past” a photographic journey exploring the remnants of our rapidly disappearing past on display until May 20th.
Lowell Thomas House Tour (12-4pm)Free admission to the Lowell Thomas House through glass doors next to the parking lot. Regular admission to tour the Garst Museum.
Afternoon Tea (2-3:30pm) In honor of the Memorial Hall Centennial Celebration, the Fort GreeneVille Daughters of the American Revolution host a light afternoon tea at St. Clair Manor with Henry and Ella St. Clair (portrayed by John and Karen Burkett). Tickets are $10 at Readmore’s Hallmark. Seating is limited.

Coffeehouse Series: Postcards & Pictures from the Past
The A & B Coffee & Cake Company at 7:00 p.m. Free & open to the public. Take a stroll back in time down Broadway. Enjoy the old postcard & picture collections from Mike Henderson & Dick Brown that highlight our historic gems. Show and tell about your own collection of pictures and postcards of Greenville.

Coffeehouse Series: Fort GreeneVille Daughters of the American Revolution Brenda’s Beanery at 7:00 p.m. Free & open to the public. Learn about the Fort GreeneVille Daughters of the American Revolution and how they are dedicated to promoting patriotism, preserving American history and securing America’s future through better education for children.

Coffeehouse Series: Our Greenville City Park, A Local Gem
The Coffee Pot at 7:00 p.m. Free & open to the public. Two generations of Greenville natives, Steve Birt and Amber Garrett, share their mutual love and appreciation for the memories, their understanding of importance and their hopes for the future of our Greenville City Park.
